After numerous leaks about the camera specifications of the Galaxy S23 FE, Samsung officially confirmed the camera information of the device today. The Galaxy S23 FE comes with an improved main camera with a 50 MP sensor.
In line with what we have heard about while approaching the announcement, the S23 FE includes the same telephoto and ultrawide. The telephoto and ultrawide cameras work fine, just as it should for a semi-flagship device with a flagship processor.
Samsung showcases some new features and improvements on the camera in their Official Introduction Film.
The device comes with improved low light imaging and video capabilities with better stabilization, thanks to the improved Exynos 2200 chipset. We have heard about the Galaxy S23 FE winning Geekbench against the Galaxy S22 Ultra, Samsung’s last year’s top flagship model, running on the same Exynos 2200 chip.
And now it also seems to be getting translated into real life. The switching between lenses gets smoother. And on top of that, the Galaxy S23 FE offers most of the camera features offered by the more premium Galaxy S23.
So the phone comes with an improved main camera with a 50MP sensor, and it’s powered by the Exynos 2200 in international markets and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip in the USA.
